This Privacy Policy explains how Label.lk ("we", "us") handles your information when you visit our website or place an order with us. In short: we don't keep a database of your details. We use what you give us only to complete your order, then we don't hold onto it.

We only collect information you provide directly when placing an order or contacting us — such as your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and order details (either through our website's order form, or by messaging us on WhatsApp, email or phone).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to process, print and deliver your specific order, and to contact you about that order. We do not use your details for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose beyond fulfilling the order you placed, and we never sell or rent your information to any third party.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We don't store customer information in a database. Order details are used to complete your order and are only kept as long as necessary for that — for example, in our order email records, which we may retain briefly for bookkeeping or in case of a dispute about that specific order. We don't build up a customer list or ongoing profile of you.

Photos You Upload (Photo Printing & Photo Booth)

If you order from our Photo Printing or Photo Booth pages, the photo you upload is stored on our server only so that we can print your order, and a copy is attached to the order email we receive. Photos are saved under a private, hard-to-guess file name and are deleted from our server automatically after 30 days. We don't use your photos for anything else, and we never share or sell them. Please only upload photos you have the right to use.

Files You Upload for Printing (Printing pages)

If you upload artwork or documents on our Custom Printing or Business Card pages, the file is stored on our server only so that we can print your order. Files are saved under a private, hard-to-guess file name and are deleted from our server automatically after 30 days. When you place the order, a copy of the file is also saved in a private folder, named with your order number, in the shop owner's Google Drive (a Google service) so that we can download it for printing; it stays there until we delete it. We don't use your files for anything else, and we never share or sell them. Please only upload files you have the right to print, and avoid files containing private information you don't want us to see.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser (not on our servers) and is never seen by us unless you complete an order.

Third-Party Services

To run our order process without maintaining our own customer database, we rely on a few trusted services to relay information directly to us: WhatsApp (operated by Meta), our own website's order form, and standard email. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us while your order is being processed. However, no method of electronic communication is 100% secure.

Your Rights
